The Casa Milà, also known as La Pedrera, is located on Passeig de Gràcia.

Casa Batlló
The Casa Batlló is the work of Antoni Gaudí, the most prominent figure of Catalan Modernism. It wasn't built from scratch; rather, it's a complete renovation of a previous building constructed by Emilio Sala Cortés on the same site. It's located at number 43 on Passeig de Gràcia, the avenue that runs through the Eixample district, and is part of the "Block of Discord," a name given because other modernist buildings are also located on that same block: the Casa Amatller, adjacent to Gaudí's building, designed by Josep Puig i Cadafalch; the Casa Lleó Morera, by Lluís Domènech i Montaner; the Casa Mulleras, by Enric Sagnier; and the Casa Josefina Bonet, by Marceliano Coquillat. The construction work took place between 1904 and 1906.
