The guide will be waiting just outside the café. It's advisable to arrive 15 minutes early. The entry times are strict, so we cannot wait for anyone who arrives late, nor can we issue refunds. If the guide is delayed by a few minutes, it's best to remain at the meeting point and avoid calling the office immediately.
