Sagrada Familia tour with a guide, including a visit to one of the towers, reaching a height of 65 meters
Ratings collected by Civitatis
218 Naples Street.A guided tour of the church with direct entry and, at the end, a ticket to go up one of the towers. The route takes you past the basilica's different façades and then inside, where the columns branch out to form a forest of stone. Using plans and scale models, the guide explains how Gaudí envisioned the whole, with its 18 planned towers; the original design has changed over time, and construction keeps moving forward on what ticket sales and donations bring in. The tower The tower ticket is handed out when the tour ends. You go up by elevator to 65 meters and come down on foot via a staircase of 300 steps. The climb is not guided: you do it on your own. It is not recommended for anyone with mobility difficulties. Tower capacity is very limited, and that is the reason to book well ahead: people who leave it to the same day almost never get to go up. Adding Park Güell Subject to availability, you can add a visit to Park Güell when you book. Transfer between the two sites is not included: you walk or take public transportation on your own. With that option the tour lasts between four and a half and five hours. Conditions worth reading first In high season, such as Christmas or Easter, the local provider cannot buy the tower tickets until one week before the activity. Access to the towers is not permitted for children under 6 or people with reduced mobility. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Entry may take longer because of security checks. Other versions There is a private Sagrada Família tour and another that combines it with Park Güell. Neither includes access to the towers. Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance.
