Transportation between the two is by taxi, so you don't have to walk across the city or deal with the subway. The walk through the Gothic Quarter takes place on the back streets, the narrow ones. The name points to the Middle Ages, but the neighborhood started earlier: the Roman city of the 1st century was located here, and some of its remains are still embedded among the facades. Afterwards, by taxi to the Sagrada Família. You enter through a private entrance, without waiting in line.
